For a bit of a whimsical Thanksgiving Friday edition of StrefaTECH, I’m shedding some light into the not-so-great part of using generative AI chatbots… enjoy a handful of my favorite zings!
There is sooooooo much wrong with this response! In the rankings of the most humid cities in America, Asheville is #25, Augusta #28, Huntsville #36, Charleston #42, and Knoxville #57. That’s out of a whopping 251 ranked cities — so they all were in the worst 25%. And as for the healthcare, Huntsville isn’t even the best in Alabama, according to a handful of rankings. Needless to say, a healthcare professional will be consulted indeed!
OK, I’ll admit, I did this one just for fun. A couple of weeks ago, I was looking to compare a few WordPress themes for a nonprofit I volunteer for, and I mistyped one of the names by quite a lot. But Bard came back with a full rating of it in its comparison table, much like “AFakeSearchEngine” above. Yikes!

Try as I might, I can’t get DALL-E 3 (in Bing) to spell right. My prompt used the recommended repetition of the word, but still resulted in four failures. The prompt: Generate image of Thanksgiving table with Pittsburgh city skyline in the background and a banner saying "Happy Thanksgiving" ... be sure to spell "Happy Thanksgiving" correctly! "Happy Thanksgiving"
This one is supposed to have a variety of ages, races, and genders … but not arm configurations!
And finally, I’ll get up on my metaphorical soapbox to remind you that:

The prompt: “Image of middle-aged professional woman on a soapbox with a megaphone. She looks animated - not angry. In a data center. Photorealistic.“ I’m not the dancing singer on the left nor the angry woman on the right. And dang, both of them have quite smooth complexions for being middle-aged! I’ll leave it to you to speculate about crowd on the left.
Try as I might, I couldn’t cajole DALL-E 3 to give me an acceptable image to close with. But that’s perfectly in the spirit of today’s post! And at least we parted friends…
